Michael Lohan has been charged with misdemeanour domestic violence

The showbiz patriarch must now appear in Beverly Hills court for his arraignment on May 23 in relation to an incident on Monday (21.03.11), when he allegedly attacked on/off girlfriend Kate Major.

Michael, 50, had originally been arrested for three domestic violence felonies
